Responsibilities
- Survey, collect requirements and agree with Customers.
- Analyze and define scope of business requirements, user requirements, functional requirements performance of products, services with Customers or partners or required departments.
- Develop, describe/describe functions and operations for products/services: URD, SRS.
- Unify business with Customers by URD, SRS documents.
- Develop documents for business analysis.
- Evaluate professional documents according to the agreed checklist.
- Review and evaluate products before delivery to Customers (if any) .
- Manage documents and soft copies of the project in charge.
- Responsible for acting as secretary of participating projects (if necessary) .
- Training and sharing experiences with Junior BA team.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of working experience in a similar position.
- Graduated from University/College majoring in IT, Mathematics, Electronics and Telecommunications, Commerce electronic.
- Ability to research, read and write documents in English.
- Good communication skills, consulting and persuasion skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively, acting as a bridge between implementation partners, solution providers, internal teams and other departments to collect and communicate business/function requirements power.
- Ability to advise on a professional basis based on his analysis and research.
- Having skills and experience in testing is an advantage.
- Good reasoning and logical thinking ability on system analysis, business process and specification request.
- Have a spirit of teamwork, high sense of responsibility.

- Salary up to 1300 USD/month + project revenue bonus.
- Working Days : From Monday to Friday (08:00-12:00 & 13:30-17:30).
